The current iteration of the Code is based on the 2010 National Fire Association. Other than in one and two-family houses, Marine built in grills, or other similar devices for cooking, heating, or any other purpose on any balcony, beneath an overhang section, or within 10 feet of any structure, on the other hand, authorises listed electric portable, Tabletop electric grill or other similar apparatus as long as the cooking surface does not exceed 200 square inches.
Even if the Code permits it, you must confirm that your
condominium organisation has not established any rules prohibiting the use of
electric barbecues and similar equipment on the property. If the rules are
reasonably related to safety, they can be stricter than the state's minimum
requirements.
